Leadership
Dirk Collins is an Emmy Nominated filmmaker, photographer and entrepreneur. An ardent storyteller, he has produced and directed content across film, television and digital platforms for brands that include National Geographic, Discovery, Apple, Red Bull, NBC, The North Face and Ford. Dirk has been in the media business for over twenty-five years and his passion for the environment has taken him across seven continents, returning with stories that entertain, inspire and educate.

Mary Dickinson is a veteran entrepreneurial business affairs and C suite executive. She has created strategic partnerships and output deals with renowned media executives like former NBC Chairman, now Propagate Content Co-CEO Ben Silverman and Film Nation’s Glen Basner. Mary worked with Samara on Sundance Award Winning film Stephanie Daley, and with Ben and Dirk on the NBC TV series Adrenaline X, and with Lionsgate for Willie Nelson, Harry Connick Jr, Connie Britton, Kris Kristofferson, Lyle Lovett Christmas favorite –Angels Sing, and more.
Mary Dickinson
Samara Koffler is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry. She served as Chief of Staff at LucasFilm, as part of the Executive team at Participant Media, and led Harrison Ford’s production company where she was responsible for development, script selection, business affairs, and publicity. Samara also co-founded RedBone Films, which produced its first film "Stephanie Daley" starring Tilda Swinton, Amber Tamblyn, and Melissa Leo. The film won the Best Screenplay award at the Sundance Film Festival. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with notable directors, writers, and talent including JJ Abrams and Uma Thurman. Samara is recognized for her networking skills and ability to connect people across a diverse array of projects and productions.
